Se le reconocieron m\u00e9ritos extraordinarios a quien masacr\u00f3 a miles de armenios y griegos, y esclaviz\u00f3 a m\u00e1s de 25.000 jovencitas y ni\u00f1os, s\u00f3lo teniendo en cuenta la regi\u00f3n de Izmir, en 1922.\u00bbEsto pone en evidencia hasta qu\u00e9 punto se desconoce o se distorsiona la historia probada y ratificada en infinidad de documentos.\u00bbResulta alarmante el silencio sobre el genocidio sufrido por el pueblo armenio entre 1915 y 1923, cuando m\u00e1s de 1.500.000 personas fueron v\u00ed\u00adctimas del exterminio planificado por el Estado turco. Un Estado que mantiene un militante negacionismo, etapa \u00faltima de su pol\u00ed\u00adtica genocida, al no asumir su responsabilidad hist\u00f3rica. Mustaf\u00e1 Kemal, \u00c2\u00abAtaturk\u00c2\u00bb, no fund\u00f3 un Estado moderno rompiendo con su pasado; lo construy\u00f3 sobre la mentira, el crimen genocida y la usurpaci\u00f3n territorial.\u00bbPor otra parte, Turqu\u00ed\u00ada ostenta un gran d\u00e9ficit en materia de derechos humanos y contin\u00faa fomentando desde hace d\u00e9cadas la cultura del odio hacia las minor\u00ed\u00adas; prueba de ello fue el asesinato del periodista Hrant Dink, hace un a\u00f1o, v\u00ed\u00adctima de la intolerancia reinante.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dr. Alfonso Tabakian<br \/>\nDNI 22.644.377<br \/>\nDir. sede arg. align=\"left\">\n<p align=\"left\">D\u00ed\u00adas despues, con fecha de 16 de Mayo, el Diario La Naci\u00f3n public\u00f3 la siguiente carta de lectores enviada por el Consejo NAcional Armenio custionando los m\u00e9ritos extraordinarios reconocidos a Mustaf\u00e1 Kemal en un fasc\u00ed\u00adculo entregado por dicho medio.<\/p>\n<p
